The Fallow Suite £95.00 per suite, per night

Double bedroom, separate lounge, and en-suite shower room in converted brick stables completely private to the house, with your own raised terrace

The Roe Suite £105.00 per suite, per night

Super King sized bed or Twin Beds, lounge area and large en-suite bathroom with slipper bath and walk in shower in converted brick stables, completely private to the house with your own raised terrace

• Reductions given for longer stays
• Prices may alter over bank holidays and a £10 surcharge will apply to single night bookings.
• During the peak season and bank holidays a two night booking over the weekend period may apply.
• Please enquire for single occupancy rates
• Please note we only accept payment by cash or cheque
• We ask for 50% deposit to secure the booking
• We welcome guests between 4-6pm and would ask you to leave by 11am each morning for servicing.
• We reserve the right to alter our prices without prior notice at any time

Request a Suite

Your arrival date:		Either contact us by telephone with your requirements on 01362 668 933 or complete the Booking Form opposite. We will reply to your email address within 24 hours confirming whether the dates you have chosen are available. On receipt of our confirmation of your booking (sent to you by email) please forward your 50% deposit by sending a cheque, made payable to J. Bristow within 7 days. The final balance can be paid on your arrival. Please forward your cheque as follows: Park House, Brisley Road, North Elmham Dereham, Norfolk, NR20 5DL On receipt of your deposit, a written confirmation of your booking will be posted or emailed to you, along with a map directing you to Park House. Cancellation: If you unfortunately need to cancel your booking we will refund your deposit and hope to see you another time. If however you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, we will be obliged to retain your deposit if we are unable to re-let your room. Please note: All prices are inclusive of tax, breakfast, fuel, towels and bedding.

Arriving at Park House

Afternoon tea is served on arrival between 4pm and 5.30pm along with a selection of delicious homemade cakes.

We are able to recieve guests on any day of the week from 4pm, subject to availability. For the enjoyment of all our guests we would ask that a few guidelines are observed whilst staying with us.

• Smoking
  Please note that we have a 'Non-Smoking' policy for the inside of our house and suites. Therefore, we would rather that smoking was kept outside of the house for the comfort of future guests.
• Pets
  We are sorry but we are unable to accept pets as we have animals of our own.
• Damage
  Unfortunately, sometimes damage is unavoidable. If you do happen to break something please tell us and we will try to put things right with the least cost or inconvenience to you or the people following.

Leaving Park House

We at Park House are very enthusiastic and take a real pride in maintaining our very high standards. To help us keep to these we ask that guests leave the property by 11:00 am.
