Just returned home from another 4 night stay, just as wonderful as the first time.... This bed and breakfast is sheer luxury, what a treat!!!

Advertised as luxury and it certainly was. Although cold outside, the suite was warm and welcoming, as were the perfect hosts. The little extras that one doesn't usually find at a B&B made it so special. Thank you Jocelyn and Adam for making our short stay so perfect. We will be back.

Thank you Jocelyn and Adam for a most enjoyable four days we spent at Park House.The accommodation, food, and your goodselves was superior to any other guest house we have ever stayed in. All those added touches which you really find elseware puts it in the 'RITZ' class of guest houses. Jocelyn and Adam you are the most careing and courteous host we have had the pleasure of staying with.We highly recommend Park house and look forward to another visit when we next visit Norfolk.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at Jocelyn and Adam's most luxury accommodation. Everything you could possibly want and more.
Jocelyn and Adam went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The perfect hosts.
Jocelyn put on a fanatistic breakfast along with her home-made preserves and fresh laid eggs from her chickens.
The accommodation was absolutely luxurious and more with all the little extras that were put out for us . Very comfortable and spacious.
Nothing seemed too much trouble and coming back after a day out to home-made cakes that Jocelyn made to tea on the terrace was that extra bit special.
A lovely family.
This is the second of our visits and shall certainly be returning again.

What a lovely stay. Jocelyn puts a huge effort into making sure that her guests have a luxury break. From the homemade cake and tea on arrival to the small finishing touches in the bedroom, she seems to have thought of everything. We would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Norfolk.

Lovely surroundings, beautiful accommodation...everything you could possibly want and more. The food was delicious and Jocelyn and Adam are excellent hosts who are prepared to go the extra mile. Worth every penny and more!

We are just back from a very enjoyable 3 night break with Jocelyn and Adam and can honestly say this is a fabulous place to stay in a lovely location. The finishing touches make it a delightful B & B with very welcoming and friendly hosts. Breakfast was excellent as was afternoon tea on the terrace and we will definitely be returning, perhaps to try one of the fantastic new rooms. We can highly recommend Park House.
